Join us every Wednesday morning from 9:30am-11:00am in the Fellowship Hall for Prana Flow® Yoga

Our own Tiffany McCann will instruct the class, encouraging you to calm your mind, strengthen your body and open your heart. All levels are welcome for this active class that concludes with a peaceful savasana (resting meditation). Bring a mat and water. Cost: Suggested donation is $20 per class or $80 for six classes. All proceeds will be donated to the UMCRB building maintenance budget.
